Born in Carmichael, California, on December 21, 1990, Conrad grew up in a blue-collar family where hard work wasn’t just a value—it was a way of life. His father worked in general construction, and Conrad spent his teens driving boom trucks and hauling materials to job sites. That hands-on experience taught him the real-world challenges contractors face: tight schedules, demanding customers, weather delays, and the constant need for new jobs.
Conrad earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Sacramento State, giving him a systematic, data-driven approach to problem-solving. He later joined the California Highway Patrol, dedicating himself to public service until an injury cut his law-enforcement career short. Instead of treating the setback as a defeat, Conrad used it as fuel to build meaningful work that helps others succeed.
